Dr. David Feuer is a vascular surgeon and endovascular specialist with nearly 25 years of experience treating complex vascular conditions. He provides both open surgical and minimally invasive endovascular treatments, allowing him to tailor care to each patient’s individual needs and goals.
Dr. Feuer earned his medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York. He completed his general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
He has been in practice for over 26 years and in Colorado for over a decade, providing advanced vascular and endovascular care to patients throughout Southern Colorado. In addition to his clinical work, he has held numerous leadership positions, including serving as Chairman of the Department of Surgery in Pueblo.

Dr. Danielle C. Smith is a board-certified vascular surgeon who treats vascular disease with both open surgery and minimally invasive endovascular procedures. Because she is trained in both approaches, she can recommend the treatment that best fits each patient rather than fitting the patient to a single technique.
Dr. Smith completed her general surgery residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. She then completed a fellowship in vascular and endovascular surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell
Medicine/Columbia University. As an Army veteran, she brings the discipline and focus of military service to her care of patients.

Dr. Smith has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. She is committed to individualized, patient-centered care and to staying current with advances in vascular surgery.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Smith enjoys time with her husband, children, and dogs. She loves spotting wildlife in the Front Range forests and always looks forward to the first snow of ski season.
Dr. Christopher Kovach is an interventional cardiologist and endovascular specialist with a focus on complex coronary and peripheral vascular interventions.
He currently serves as Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories at Penrose and St. Francis Hospitals and Director of the Vascular Imaging Program at Colorado Springs Cardiology.
He completed his medical training at Northwestern University, followed by fellowships in cardiovascular disease at the University of Colorado, interventional cardiology at the University of Washington, and peripheral vascular medicine and intervention at Brown University.
His expertise includes high-risk coronary intervention, peripheral arterial revascularization, carotid stenting, venous interventions, and use of intravascular imaging to improve outcomes, among others. Dr. Kovach is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, where he serves on the Vascular Disease Council.
He remains active in research and education, with numerous peer-reviewed publications in interventional cardiology and vascular medicine.
Dr. Kovach enjoys hiking, skiing, travel, and cooking. He was raised in a military family throughout North America and Europe and is excited to raise his own family in Colorado Springs.
Dr. Minakshi Biswas is a board-certified vascular and cardiovascular medicine specialist dedicated to helping patients improve their vascular health through personalized, evidence-based care. With expertise in both vascular medicine and cardiovascular disease, she focuses on diagnosing and treating complex circulatory conditions while empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
Dr. Biswas completed fellowships in vascular medicine and general cardiovascular medicine at the University of Colorado in Aurora, Colorado. She went on to complete a combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center after earning her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bioinformatics from Wellesley College.
Board certified in vascular medicine, cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, and vascular ultrasound, Dr. Biswas provides comprehensive care for a wide range of vascular conditions. Her clinical interests include peripheral artery disease (PAD), fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD), chronic thromboembolic disease (CTE), venous disorders, and lymphatic dysfunction. She is committed to developing individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique needs while ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care.
Dr. Biswas believes that successful treatment begins with listening. By building strong relationships with her patients and collaborating closely on their care, she strives to help them achieve better circulation, improved health, and a higher quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Biswas enjoys traveling with family and friends to experience new cultures and cuisines. She also loves spending time outdoors and appreciates the many opportunities Colorado Springs provides for adventure and recreation.
